Job Site Standards

The Following Are Instructions We Give To Our Workers

• We are guests of the Owner and of the neighborhood.
• Please be mindful of both the volume and content of your language.
• Be courteous, careful, and respectful.
• We do not borrow or use anything which belongs to the Owner.
• No smoking in or adjacent to the work area. If you smoke, please do so far enough away that your smoke does not enter or travel back into the house. Please pick up your cigarette butts.
• No food or drink inside Owner's home.
• No radios are to be played in any area, even if the home or work area is unoccupied. Do not wear radio headsets.
• Please clean up after all work. Place all trash & debris in containers or roll-off as provided. Do not use Owner trash containers.
• We recycle all corrugated cardboard. Please break down all corrugated waste and stack next to trash container. Please place cardboard or other type of covering under your truck or car if there is any possibility of leaking engine fluids.
• All liquid waste is to be carried off the site or dumped into work area waste hole. Do not spread any liquids (from clean-up of paint, drywall, tile, etc.) on the ground.
• Do not wash up paintbrushes or clean equipment in household sinks or basins. Ask for designated clean-up area location.
• When appropriate, Eren Design and Remodel will provide show coverings to all who enter the Owner's home. The intention is to protect their home from foot traffic, dirt, or damage. You are required to wear the shoe coverings when they are provided.
• We require all who work at an Eren Design and Remodel job site to wear clothing that is reasonably clean and neat. Shirts must be free of offensive language and symbolism.
• Install and maintain proper dust protection throughout the Owner's home. Cover and protect all surfaces. Do not stand, walk or place tools on finished surfaces.
